Scope

Exploration-stage technical reporting: geological setting, exploration history, sampling and analytical methodology, quality assurance and quality control, interpretation, and the QP-signed statement and certifications required under the reporting regime.

ISR's role

Coordination of the QP workstream, assumption audit, and regulatory-compliance review — the integrator layer between the sponsor's data, the QP's independent verification, and the disclosure framework.

What the engagement illustrates

The most common shape of technical-validation work: a project sponsor has the data, the QP has the standard, and the disclosure regime has the rules. ISR's contribution is in making sure all three reconcile.
